Charitable association
News, activities and branch details lived with whoever happened to type them, volunteer and donation requests arrived as messages, and changing a single line on the site meant waiting for a developer.
The result
The team publishes everything itself; no change waits on a developer.

A full web presence for the association: news, activities, initiatives, projects, publications, fatwas and consultations, affiliated institutions, and a branches directory filterable by wilaya with an interactive map. Visitors can apply to volunteer, submit a donation with proof of payment, contact the association, and subscribe to the newsletter.
The public site is Next.js — server-rendered, right-to-left Arabic, built for SEO. The back office is a separate React application on a NestJS API. A super-admin creates staff accounts and grants per-module permissions with simple checkboxes, so each admin controls only their own section.
Delivered at Sadeem Informatique with me leading the developers team. The association now publishes and manages everything centrally, and the site is live at irchedandislah.org.
